Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement on the Practice plan before any real PHI flows through your workspace. On the Free and Starter plans you can pilot with synthetic or de-identified faxes; for live PHI we'll need the BAA in place first. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), and tenants are fully isolated.
