Ported the fax stack of 12 clinics in a weekend
A multi-state primary-care network rolled out TakeFax across 12 offices without an IT project, an EHR ticket, or a 90-day procurement cycle.
Before
Twelve clinics across three states, each with a different eFax provider. Front-desk staff at every location handled inbound faxes manually. The corporate ops team had no visibility into per-clinic volume, response time, or backlog.
After
All twelve clinics route their inbound faxes through TakeFax. The corporate ops team sees a unified dashboard of volume, classification mix, and aging items per location. Clinic-level staff still work their own queues — but with structured triage on every fax.
How they got there
Each clinic kept its existing fax number and added a forward to a per-clinic DID. No port-out required at launch. Each clinic got its own tenant subdomain; corporate has a meta-view that aggregates across them. They're porting the numbers over to us this quarter.
"We were quoted nine months for an Updox rollout. We did TakeFax in a weekend, including training every clinic's front desk over Zoom."
